What we do
Most agencies hand over a deck. We hand over a finished room — the light, the sound, the print, the run of show, and the crew standing in it.
YI Planning is an event and brand studio for corporate life: the events employees attend, the identity they see every day, the culture they actually feel. Nine service lines under one roof, so nothing falls between the concept and the venue.
One brief
Concept, design, fabrication and show day run by the same team.
One budget
The quote is the number you pay. If something has to go, we name it first.
One number
From load-in to load-out there is one lead on site, and the phone is always answered.
Nine service lines
Almost everything a company has to put on in a year.
Buy one line, or hand us the calendar. Work that crosses service lines costs no extra coordination fee — it is the same team either way.

Some projects are unnamed under client confidentiality. Below are the six situations we are asked for most — and where the real difficulty sits in each.

How we work
Five steps, from a phone call to a written review.
01
Listen
A two-hour workshop, not a forty-page form. We leave knowing the budget, the audience, and the one thing that must not go wrong.
02
Plan
Concept, run of show, floor plan, line-item budget. You approve a plan you can already picture.
03
Build
Visuals, stage, print, site and kit — all produced against one art direction.
04
Deliver
Load-in, rehearsal, show, load-out. One lead on site, one number to call.
05
Review
Photographs, film, numbers and one honest page on what to change next year.
“The brief was “make the annual meeting less boring”. What came back is a night our people still talk about.”

Site visit, full script
Once approved: floor plans, technical drawings and the complete run of show.
Four things people ask first
How is a quote built?
Line by line: planning, design, fabrication, delivery. No 'coordination fee' nobody can explain.
How far ahead should we book?
Six to eight weeks for a gala, three to four for a team day, four to six for a launch or a competition. Late briefs are fine — call and check the calendar.
Can you just produce?
Yes. If the concept is already yours, we quote stage, light, sound and crew by the day.
Do you travel?
Yes. Crew, kit and print travel together, and quotes include transport and accommodation.
