Corporate website design on a studio monitor
01网站搭建

Website Build

A corporate site that loads fast, reads clearly and turns visits into enquiries.

We build websites the way we plan events: one narrative, one visual system, one obvious next step. Fast pages, a clear type scale, and Chinese and English designed together from day one — not bolted on after launch.

What you get

  • 01Information architecture and full site copy
  • 02Responsive design system and components
  • 03CMS setup, publishing training and handover
  • 04SEO foundations, analytics and ongoing upkeep

02灯光音响

Stage, Light & Sound

Audio-visual production for stages, launches and shows — designed and operated by our own crew.

Line arrays, moving heads, LED walls, live switching. We draw the light like a set, then run it live from a console we own, so what happens on stage matches what you approved on paper.

What you get

  • 01Stage, truss and rigging design
  • 02Light plot, cue sheet and rehearsal
  • 03Sound design and microphone plan
  • 04Live operation, backups and standby crew

Brand & Advertising Design

Identity, campaign visuals and print that hold up in the real world — and on a bad printer.

Logo, colour, type and tone of voice; then posters, stands, packaging and the annual report. We design for the venue, the viewing distance and the light it will actually be seen in.

What you get

  • 01Brand identity and usage guidelines
  • 02Campaign key visuals and extensions
  • 03Print, signage and exhibition graphics
  • 04Design templates for internal teams

04工会活动

Union & Employee Programmes

A year of employee moments planned as one calendar, not forty separate favours.

Spring outings, family days, care visits, sports meets and the year-end party — sequenced across twelve months so each one is a chapter of a story rather than another line on a task list. You get the paperwork, too.

What you get

  • 01Annual culture and activities calendar
  • 02Theme, content and programme design
  • 03Procurement, venue and logistics
  • 04Attendance, feedback and reporting

Team Building & Outdoor Training

Off-sites that build trust, not just photo albums.

New team, new manager, low morale, friction between departments — we diagnose the problem first, then choose the exercise. The debrief is designed as carefully as the game, so the day ends in a real conversation.

What you get

  • 01Needs diagnosis and programme design
  • 02Base camps, outdoor courses and lodging
  • 03Lead facilitators and safety plan
  • 04Structured debrief and follow-up

06企业年会

Annual Gala & Conference

One night, planned to the minute — and rehearsed twice.

Theme, script, stage, awards, catering, seating, and the thirty seconds between the CEO leaving the podium and the first performance starting. The parts nobody notices are the parts we are paid for.

What you get

  • 01Creative theme and full run of show
  • 02Stage, LED and lighting design
  • 03Awards ceremony and stage flow
  • 04Guest management and full rehearsal

Fun Sports Day

A company sports day with festival energy and the safety file of an engineering project.

Inflatable courses, relay formats, live scoring and a host who can keep eight hundred people laughing in light rain. Every activity has a low-effort entry point, so nobody watches from the sideline.

What you get

  • 01Format and activity design
  • 02Venue, equipment and insurance
  • 03Hosts, referees and live scoring
  • 04Photography and highlight film

08技能竞赛

Skills Competition

Competitions that make expertise visible — to the people who have it, and the people who pay for it.

Rulebooks, judging criteria, blind evaluation, live scoreboards, and a stage that treats a technician like an athlete. Built so the result stands up to internal audit and outside attention.

What you get

  • 01Rulebook and judging criteria
  • 02Venue, tooling and safety control
  • 03Judge training and live scoring
  • 04Broadcast, awards and employer-brand content

Courses & Training

Structured learning, from first-line supervisors to the leadership team.

We write the curriculum around the gap we found, not the course we already sell: workshops, certification tracks, internal trainer development, and an assessment that proves it worked.

What you get

  • 01Training needs analysis and competency model
  • 02Curriculum and material development
  • 03Facilitation and certification
  • 04Assessment and outcome report

A phone number is enough. It does not have to be complete.

Used only for this conversation. Never shared.

What happens next

01

A 20-minute call

Date, headcount, venue, budget — and whether it is even possible.

02

A one-page plan and quote

Concept direction, run of show outline and a line-item budget in three days.

03

Site visit, full script

Once approved: floor plans, technical drawings and the complete run of show.

Four things people ask first

How is a quote built?

Line by line: planning, design, fabrication, delivery. No 'coordination fee' nobody can explain.

How far ahead should we book?

Six to eight weeks for a gala, three to four for a team day, four to six for a launch or a competition. Late briefs are fine — call and check the calendar.

Can you just produce?

Yes. If the concept is already yours, we quote stage, light, sound and crew by the day.

Do you travel?

Yes. Crew, kit and print travel together, and quotes include transport and accommodation.
